Shipping Policy
At UFODrums, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Our shipping methods are efficient and our packaging is designed to ensure the safe delivery of your electronic drum conversion parts and assemblies.
We offer competitive shipping & handling costs and strive to deliver your orders in a timely manner. On occasion, the shipping calculator gets it wrong and does overcharge - rest assured, we will automatically refund the overage amount after the ship label is generated and real costs are known.

Most orders will ship the next 1-2 business days, provided the product ordered is built and ready to go. Orders are processed on Saturday and Sunday, and will most likely ship on Monday. except by prior arrangement.
We cannot precisely guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping, production or product availability.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
Economical shipping services available depending on order total weight - USPS Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, UPS Ground and UPS 3-Day Select. Alternative services through these carriers are available by request/quote.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Many countries are fast and efficient in the delivery of envelopes and packages. Some countries are not fast and efficient - in fact they take an exorbitant amount of time to deliver. If you live in one of these countries, you will have to exercise much patience on your countries behalf .
USPS International 1st Class Package or Priority Mail are primary, economical services available. Alternative services through UPS are available to include UPS Standard or Worldwide Expedited.
For ALL International orders, we declare the package as a "Gift" and the package value at approximately 10% of its real value to minimize the VAT for our receiving customers.
We accept and ship orders to many countries throughout this planet. If you are unable to secure available shipping options during checkout, please contact us with details of your pending order and where you would like it shipped for assistance.
